Current Project Seashell Trust, Cheshire – Value £40,000
JM Passive Fire Protection are happy to be working alongside one of our valued clients Eric Wright Group on this project on a special education facility for the Seashell Trust in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire.
During this project we will supplying the intumescent paint package and will be using the Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings Firetex FX1003 solvent base coat and A7300 top coat.
It’s great for us to be working with an existing client and securing more repeat business with us continuing to build our strong relationship together!
Current Project Workington Hospital, Cumbria – Value £50,000
We are thrilled to be working alongside one of our regular clients Graham Group on a project that is bringing a Community Diagnostics Centre to Workington.
We will be providing the firestopping on this projects, with us using Quelfire firestopping systems for all penetrations present on site, trapezoidal infill installation is underway on site with us using a Fireblock system for both metal deck and dovetail installs.
Once again it is great to be working with this existing client again continuing a great working relationship together!
Current Project Garston Developments, Liverpool
We are delighted and excited to be working on this development project with one of our existing client Legacie. During this project the team at JM Passive Fire Protection will be providing the firestopping works.
At present the JM Passive Fire Protection team are undergoing intumescent paint works at the development site, with the firestopping starting on completion of this.
Always great working alongside existing clients allowing us to build trust and reliability within the sector.
Current Project Manchester Road, Burnley – Value £60,000
We are pleased to have secured the intumescent paint pack on Manchester Road, Burnley, for one of our most valuable clients The Eric Wright Group. This is one of many projects for this client which shows our long standing commitment towards completing all passive fire protection work correctly, and to a very high standard.
Once we commence works on this project the paint manufacture will be Nullifire.
