Current Project: 101 Old Hall Street, Liverpool – Value £50,000
We’re currently on site at 101 Old Hall Street, delivering firestopping works as part of a wider refurbishment of this well-known Liverpool address.
Working alongside Mountain Earth, our scope includes the installation of FireHALT barriers and cementitious applications, with more firestopping elements to be confirmed as the project progresses.
The team began on site in early June, and works are already well underway. It’s great to be part of a project that brings a fresh lease of life to an existing building, with fire safety front and centre.
Current Project: HMP Thorn Cross, Cheshire – Value £30,000
We’re currently on site at HMP Thorn Cross, delivering essential fire stopping and acoustic sealing works in partnership with VINCI.
The scope includes general fire stopping using Quelfire systems, ensuring that all penetrations are fully compliant and in line with fire safety standards. Acoustic seals are also being installed to support both safety and functionality within the facility.
Works began in early April and are progressing steadily, with the team committed to delivering a high standard of work in a sensitive and secure environment.
We’re proud to be continuing our relationship with VINCI and contributing to another project where safety is non-negotiable.

Current Project: Centric House, Liverpool – Value £30,000 +
We’re currently on site at Centric House in Liverpool, supporting refurbishment works with a full firestopping and cavity barrier package.
Working alongside Truman DAB, we’re delivering internal firestopping using Rockwool materials, and installing Siderise cavity barriers to the perimeter of the building. These works are essential to maintain compartmentation and support overall fire compliance throughout the refurbished space.
We’re pleased to be collaborating with a new client on this project, applying our specialist knowledge to help get it right first time.
Current Project: Waters Edge, Blackburn – Value £65,000 +
We’ve recently started works at Waters Edge in Blackburn, working in partnership with Keepmoat on this residential project.
Our team is delivering firestopping across all communal areas and apartments using trusted Quelfire systems, while also applying Nullifire intumescent paint to key structural steels to support fire safety compliance.
With works underway since mid-April, it’s been a solid start on site, and we’re proud to bring our specialist knowledge to another project focused on safe, compliant housing.
