Completed Project King Street, Civil Service Hub – Value £1.3m
Working alongside our contractor Vinci, this has been an amazing project for the JM Passive Fire Protection team.
During this project the services provided from JM Passive Fire Protection included all the firestopping elements, penetration seals, intumescent paint using Sherwin Williams, cavity and fire barriers using Rockwool for the penetration seals and fire barrier, Siderise materials used for the cavity barriers.
It is always a pleasure for the team to work alongside amazing contractors, ensuring properties are completely up to the standards required.


Completed Project Wirral Waters – Value £500,000
Working alongside Graham Construction, it has been a privilege for the team here at JM Passive Fire Protection to be supporting on this amazing project.
Works completed during this project included Penetration Seals and Firebarriers using Rockwool, Steel Encasement using Kemwell FP900 boards and Intumescent Spraying using Nullfire.

Completed Projects One Park West – Value £400,000
The JM Passive Fire Protection worked hard on this project working alongside Legacie Developments.
Services for this project included Intumescent spraying using Nullfire paint and firestopping using Nullfire.
This project has been amazing to work on alongside Legacie Developments. The team worked extremely hard to meet the required deadlines, allowing the project to run as smoothly as possible.


Completed Project Manchester Road, Burnley – Value £60,000
We’re proud to be working with Eric Wright on the Manchester Road LIDL project, applying intumescent paint to all structural steels. Our team is handling both the base coat and top coat, ensuring fire safety compliance throughout the unit.
A key achievement for this project was strengthening our relationship with Eric Wright. The collaboration with the site team contributed to a smooth and efficient working environment. We’re pleased to have delivered another high-standard fire protection solution.
Completed Project Maple Mill, Oldham – Value £60,000
Here at JM Passive Fire Protection we have completed another one of our projects which was working alongside our regular client M.C.I Developments Limited at the old site of Maple Mill in Oldham. When we started the project the building had been dormant since 2016 due to a fire, Maple Mill is set to be home to 98 new and affordable homes.
During the works we provided services including the firestopping using Nullifire firestopping systems for all penetrations present on site in both apartments and communal corridors.
As always it is exciting to work with existing clients as this is a testament to the great service and work the team here at JM Passive Fire Protection provide.


Completed Project: Workington Hospital, Cumbria – Value: £50,000
We’ve recently completed works at Workington Hospital as part of the development of a new Community Diagnostics Centre, in collaboration with our repeat client, Graham Group.
Our team delivered the full fires topping package using Quelfire systems across all service penetrations on site. This also included trapezoidal infill installation, where we used Fireblock systems across both metal deck and dovetail applications.
It’s been a pleasure to continue our relationship with Graham Group, supporting another important healthcare project with high-quality, compliant fire protection.
Completed Project: Seashell Trust, Cheshire – Value: £40,000
We wrapped up works at the Seashell Trust’s specialist education facility in Cheadle Hulme, delivered in partnership with our long-standing client, Eric Wright Group.
Our scope of work involved delivering the full intumescent paint package, using Sherwin-Williams Firetex FX1003 solvent base coat and A7300 top coat to provide reliable fire protection for the structural steel elements.
This project reflects the strength of our ongoing relationship with Eric Wright Group, built on trust, consistent delivery, and shared values around quality and safety.


Completed Project Burscough Leisure Centre, Ormskirk – Value £30,000
We are happy to announce this project has now completed. Working alongside a new client Universal Group, this is project was supporting a refurbishment project on Burscough Leisure Centre.
Services provided was the intumescent package using a Jotun Steelmaster WF system and the firestopping using ROCKWOOL UK Batt and Mastic systems as well as a Rockwool Fire Barrier

Current Project Stormspell, Maghull – Value £20,000
This completed project was working alongside another new client Stormspell Roofing Supplies. This project is based in Maghull and is making impressive progress for full completion.
During this project we used a Sherwin-Williams series to complete the intumescent paint works to the steel frame, our team worked hard to get this project completed on time ready for the next stages of the project.
