Firestopping works were completed using Nullifire and HILTI systems, while steel encasement was delivered using Glasroc and Promat materials. Firefly systems were also used for fire barrier installations.

Our scope included firestopping using Nullifire and Rockwool materials, intumescent paint application with Sherwin Williams, cavity barrier installation using Nullifire, and steel encasement using Rockwool BeamClad.

Works commenced in late May 2022 and were completed in March 2023, showcasing our ability to deliver large-scale, multi-scope fire protection packages within complex education environments.

Our scope focused on the application of intumescent paint across all four blocks of new build apartments. Jotun materials were used throughout to provide reliable fire protection to the structural steel, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.

Works commenced in early May 2024 and were successfully completed in April 2025. This project highlights our capability to deliver consistent, high-quality fire protection solutions across multi-block residential developments.

Our scope included the full firestopping package and steel encasements across the development. Firestopping installations were completed using Rockwool materials to ensure compliance and performance across all penetrations, while Glasroc board was used for the protection of structural steel elements.

We’re proud to be working with Eric Wright on the Manchester Road LIDL project, applying intumescent paint to all structural steels. Our team is handling both the base coat and top coat, ensuring fire safety compliance throughout the unit.

A key achievement for this project was strengthening our relationship with Eric Wright. The collaboration with the site team contributed to a smooth and efficient working environment. We’re pleased to have delivered another high-standard fire protection solution.

Works completed during this project included penetration seals and fire barriers using Rockwool, additional fire barrier works using Firehalt materials, steel encasement using Kemwell FP900 boards, and intumescent spraying using Nullifire. It was a pleasure working alongside Graham Construction on this project.

During this project, the services provided by JM Passive Fire Protection included all firestopping elements, penetration seals, intumescent paint using Sherwin Williams, with Rockwool materials used for penetration seals and fire barrier works, and Siderise materials used for cavity barrier installation.
